Each standard parking lot cleaning includes:
- Blowing sidewalks, curbs, and corners
- Vacuuming/sweeping
- Cleaning of excess garbage around dumpsters
- Emptying of garbage cans and cigarette collectors
- Disposing of garbage in grass areas and around flower beds (all handpicked)
For an extra fee:
Removal of any large debris where illegal dumping has occurred (i.e. furniture)
Removal of spider webs
Snow Plowing:
During the winter season, the weather can rapidly change, causing icy/snowy conditions. This creates many problems and safety concerns for both pedestrians and drivers if not properly managed. Therefore, we provide both plowing and salt-deicing services. Finally, since we are a local company, we are able to provide winter services faster and charge less.
Additionally, we use magnesium chloride (vegetation safe) on concrete sidewalks, reducing damage with respect to the commonly used products.
